Treatment Approach

A holistic approach is taken addressing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the individual client. Treatments will vary from client to client but may include specific dietary recommendations, supplemented with the use of kitchen herbs, Ayurvedic medicinal herbs, lifestyle modification, yoga postures appropriate for fitness level and age, yogic breathing exercises and instruction in healing meditation practices. A consultation will often involve counselling to help the client to see how they can make a difference to the outcome of their disease process.
